How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location and the product ordered. We’ll always send you a tracking link once your order is shipped. Online Assist delivers to all major cities and towns across Nigeria (and expanding to other regions soon).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment gateways. Cash-on-delivery may be available in select locations. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment systems — we never store or share your card details.
